on salesforce, can you filter to see which other salesperson is calling your territory?

Got many salespeople pissing all over my territory...

Is there a way to create a report or a filter that shows which salesperson is calling my territory?

search by last activity in your territory. If they are calling, then you should be able to see it if they are dumb enough to log it.

There should be but your ops needs to have all the appropriate fields labelled accurately.
Can you filter by territory and latest activity?

Creating the filter depends on how your company built it out, I would ask someone internally you can trust
