Organize prospecting

hello!

Does anyone have a prebuilt excel spreadsheet to help organize prospects? I would like to have the spreadsheet to organize prospects I haven't contacted yet. once I've qualified them as a good lead, moving them into my crm.

I am new to SaaS and the sdr role so if people have a better option I'm all hears. also any advice going in would be awesome!

Yeah, SFDC is where our BDRs manage leads, and then will convert from there.

Yeah I’m confused why they don’t use SF for pre qualified leads. Everyone uses excel and then transfers to sf once’s it’s qualified

Sorry would share but it would say I am the owner of the excel doc, and want to keep that private.

It should be pretty quick to build the doc, its filling out contacts that take a while.

I just do Name, Company, Role, Phone, Email, then Call 1,2,3,4,5 and the same with email and linkedin also.

I use a SS to keep track of my highest priority prospects but it probably wouldn’t do you much good.

Best thing is for you to put the time in and develop one for yourself. I know it’s not what you’re looking for, but it will be the most applicable to your world.
