I'm currently a Enterprise BDR making $50k base, I was going to discuss pay raise with my boss next month but he left the company( I'm looking between 60k-70k )

Build a case and restart your conversation with your new boss where you left.

I second this. While it may suck, you might have a better chance this way.

There was an agreement, do you think 65$ is too much of a ask I’m currently at 50k

It difficult to tell whether your ask is too much or not hence you need to build your case - why you're worth $65.
Remember its 30% raise :)

What kind of agreement? To provide some kind of raise, tbd? Specifics would help.
Because if there's anything in writing, even an email, you can take that as a step.
And when you ask for any kind of a raise, you should have solid reasons for the increase: you increased sales by X, you added y new logos, etc.
Also, I'm not sure where you are, but $50K base seems low for Enterprise.

I’m in a higher COL area, but 50k for enterprise seems low to me. Considering that with Enterprise you’re typically not getting the volume of meetings, the compensation shifts to a bigger base. But it is your first role - does your company only sell to Enterprise? And do you have colleagues you can ask?

my first role in the company, one of my colleagues that left the company was making 40k base, I'm not sure what the new guys are making, we have a enterprise team and group

Imagine you've taken an impromptu two-week break, no smoke signals, no pigeon post. Now, who'd start huffing and puffing like the Big Bad Wolf at your vanishing act?

That's your golden goose right there! Initiate a discussion about your performance appraisals with them, right away!

Hook up with HR If there was an agreement. I assume you have it in writing?

If no agreement, you might be screwed.

Unfortunately you have to start over, use the blue print of what you did and do it again

You keep mentioning an agreement with your prior manager. What was the agreement?

that I would get a raise but it wasn't written, being new to cooperate it something I learned everything needs to be written

But a raise to you and a raise to your former boss could have meant to different things. You’re talking $10-15k. They could have been thinking $1000-$1500.

What are the AEs making as base? You likely wont get paid at their rate.

Connect with the person above your manager. Show your skills, talk, offer to help. Then of nothing else, you'll have an ally. Also mention discussing promotion and ask what's needed.
