People who have used LI Sales Navigator

I don't know how to use Sales Navigator because I've never used it. Our company is evaluating it, so I have a few questions to understand how it works.

  1. can we share this subscription with teammates?
  2. if yes, how to subscribe as a group/share subscription?
  3. and can we upgrade the subscription?

To an advanced plan, if there's one? Sorry, I assumed there were tiered pricing to buy SN subscription.

how are you looking to use it?

ive used it for years and the main thing I use it for is identifying contacts at accounts.

I have been operating on a "Key account" list kind of approach so im not looking for new prospects, just trying to understand WHO is at the accounts.

its really helpful for this IMO

These seem like questions you should be able to ask your contact at LI especially if you are actively evaluating. Have you not received a demo?

Just, for the love of everything holy, don't buy it if you're not already using a lot of LI in your outreach strategy. Someone convinced my head shed that Sales Nav was a good idea but only like 5% of our prospects even have a LI and maybe half of those ever actually open it.

Sales Nav isn't worth what it costs in my opinion. Especially for our industry. But, I don't pay for it so no skin off my nuts.

I feel the same way. I get 0 benefit from it. At least my company pays for it though so might as well keep it on the off chance I find a use for it one day

Yup, I would never pay for that shit if it came out of my pocket.

I recently found out that there is no "mass unsave" function for all my saved leads. I have a few hundred and I'm only able to unsave 25 at a time. The linkedin chat guy apologized, and I mean it's not like he wrote the code or decided this, but it seems like a basic function.
If my company didn't pay for it I would not buy it for myself.

The best way to go about requesting feedback here would be to list what you want from the platform.

I have linkedin Nav and personally I think its dogshit (especially for the price)... I will search for specific contacts in Nav and come up with a list of irrelevant/non-similar contacts. Then go into regular LinkedIn, search for them and there they are. I don't see the purpose of having linkedin nav unless you want to send InMail to people (which I don't). They tried (and failed) to make it a make-shift CRM for filing and categorizing contacts and companies. But alas, thats what your CRM and ZoomInfo are for.

- You can't share licenses
- You can choose whichever license you want

With Sales Nav you are paying for inmails, To be honest it isn't really worth it.
