Q4....means comp plan changes are coming

Q4 is a special time of year! deals are closing, quota is being hit, or missed.

but then comes the inevitable comp plan changes.

Ive been hearing rumblings of my comp plan being changed going into next year and idk if im too excited about it.

Who else is expecting a comp plan change in 2023 and what changes are coming? (bonus points if you know WHEN it will go into effect 😂)
