I would ignore both of those since neither give me a business reason to respond.

The problem with nearly all outbound prospecting is that the sales person doesn't put themselves in the prospects shoes. They don't ask themselves "what would get ME to respond?".

The sales person is drinking the corporate kool-aid, think their 💩 doesn't stink. Well, it does.

If I have a DTD sales person come to my home and he says my across the street neighbor saved $/% off their utility bill by doing <x>, I'd listen. But come to me with something lame and while I'd be polite (because I have been in their shoes), I'd be saying no.

So, IMO, if you don't bring quantifiable business value immediately to the conversation, don't even bother.

I hear you. All fair points.

I think this might be seeming a bit out of context, since this is a screenshot of a follow up.

The first message has some of what you said. And some of something else.

Give me some time to screenshot, edit and post for better context it.

Your feedback is appreciated

Even in a follow up... I ignored the first one for a reason so why should I respond to the follow up?

Not to seems harsh here, but prospecting is hard work - why make it harder?
