Re - pipped?

Question

Refer to previous post for the original pip story.

Worked my way off first PIP, and we are assessed on a monthly basis for qualified meetings. I missed the next month by 1 qualified meeting after being told I was good and future expectations were set, and hear I am re-pipped probably not going to make it out of this one.

As any BDR would say - any thoughts?

I would update the resume, pipd after missing one month is not a good spot to be in

They are looking for an excuse to cut you. Just get your resume updated and get a new role locked down.

After that ride and the turmoil at your current employer, I think it's past time you were looking for somewhere new. You sounded burned out and used up already, and by your own admission weren't burning it up there. Are you still feeling burnt out?
