Hey guys I'm new here and in the SaaS industry. The company I got hired at has polar opposite reviews on glass for than RepVue. Which is more accurate in you guys' experience?

Repvue is more geared toward salespeople where as Glassdoor has reviews from all types of employees, so I'd bet on RV.

Repvue for sure. My old company has great reviews on Glassdoor and it's terrible. Me and all of my old coworkers reviews keep getting removed.
See the company has bad reviews on glass door and good reviews on Repvue. I’m conflicted lol.

RepVue because of the sales focus. But also... if people from other departments are sharing negative things on Glassdoor, it's worth listening. Just because it's not your department doesn't mean it won't impact the company.
Repvue also puts out great content on what to do during the interview cycle to get a better feeling for the internal culture.
RepVue for sure. Its sales people talking about the company vs every disgruntled person who has ever worked somewhere

Repvue and it’s not even close. Companies encourage you to go to Glassdoor to boost reviews. You’ll get the raw truth from Repvue most likely

Repvue, glassdoor is full of many companies own HR leaving positive reviews. I really don't even use glassdoor for anything else anymore unless it's interview questions they may ask.
