RTO - Full Remote, Hybrid or Full Return?

Interested to see who's jobs are offering full remote, hybrid or full return.

Coming from a company who has never offered full remote sales positions, I'm curious to see how things are going to play out and if the company is going to change their mind. We have a RTO date but hasn't been made fully clear what percent will be full return.

Totally see the benefits of in office culture and collaboration, but with the pandemic there have been several relocations, life situations and personal preference changes.

Where is everyone else at?

Our team here in Portland, OR has been fully in office since I started in September actually. Think they were only WFH Mar-Aug. Only 7 of us in this branch though.

As a sales team we've always been in office. No remote. Transitioned to fully remote for about two months and then we slowly all came back to the office. I was only remote for about two months.

I prefer the sales team working in the office. So much energy comes from hearing others win and succeed.

We are offered full remote, but will likely go hybrid. We had some in person meetings this week & it was fucking great

I fully plan to stay remote, the freedom it provides it liberating and allows me to divest into things like real estate, move into markets i want to invest in, etc, commutes alone are a killer for me, would prefer to never do again
