Sales Orgs with Best Sales Training and L&D

What are some of the companies ya'll have worked at with the best sales training and coaching?

Got promoted to a Mid-Market AE in a sales team of 15 back in January. I know the buck stops with me but since I got promoted, our manager or sales enablement manager left and I feel like I'm not improving, just going through the motions.

I'm on the search for a new role, with the main focus being good onboarding and regular sales coaching, 1:1's. I worked for an org like this as an SDR but would love to have it as an AE.

1) HubSpot (I hate them, but god their training and coaching is good)
2) Intel has a great academy that anyone in the company can access to learn about any role, technology, market, etc. Super comprehensive, but their enablement team is larger than most MM companies.

Second for Hubspot. They have fantastic blogs/articles as well.

Search on LinkedIn Nav for sales enablement roles - take your pick geography and company size. Red flag: huge company with 100+ reps with 1 enablement person - skip these. Find a few companies that sound interesting to you and reach out to the AEโ€™s there to get the real deal on their management style. Happy hunting!

Salesforce has a good culture for this, $5k education budget, lots of internal courses run and (dependant on manager) a strong l&d framework.
Does require you to be proactive and push this yourself though
