I'm attaching the screenshot because I'm a new SDR manager and I have to start guiding my new team with good habits and personalization. I have found previous discussions from a while ago very eye-opening, so I gave it a shot it threw in a couple of things that I hadn't thought of.
I don't know if anyone else likes it but I find it pretty cool!
Also, any advice from this great community would be great, I got promoted to this position just a couple of months and now I'm actually getting some new agents, so I want to make sure we're starting to go in the right direction from the start.
