No marketing, mayo isn't an MQL
If you search through the archives there's a fair few threads asking this.

Sure there will be some good info there.

I use Salesloft and love it. Not sure about Grrove but Salesloft vs Outreach has been discussed many times - one of the links: https://bravado.co/war-room/posts/outreach-or-salesloft-2
There should be more here.

What CRM are you using? That's going to be the deciding factor.

Salesforce. It’s also a very complicated setup in Salesforce because we have been with them for a very long time.

No one seems to have experience with Groove. They have a really slick product during demos, but want some feedback from actual users.

Our sales team started with Outreach, but our CSM changed so many times that we couldn't get the support needed.

Switched to Salesloft after a year.  While their support is great and they're cheaper, I still much prefer Outreach's UI.

I have experience with outreach. Since I can’t compare it with the other two companies, I’ll comment on the fact Outreach has great automation outreach which my team at the time really appreciated. Saved us a lot of time

I worry that Outreach tells a good story and runs a good demo, but there isn’t a ton below the surface. My org has a really complicated set of requirements. How flexible is Outreach in your opinion?

In my opinion they were very flexible. We spent a good amount of time testing and customizing our process internally and with our Outreach rep. They were very helpful along the way. A lot is happening behind the scenes especially with Salesforce and CRM integration.

I’ve only used Outreach (SDR) and I haven’t had a single complaint. It has made my day to day much easier and if I ever have an issue my admin can’t answer, their help desk is quick in responding.

If you use anything but Outreach you are prioritizing saving money over picking the best tool. It’s not even close.

Price is not part of decision at this point. I am more worried about rep adoption and getting right features.

Outreach is by far the industry best. Having used outreach salesloft, and another competitor I don’t even want to name I hate it so much.

Team Outreach - especially for working large account lists.

That is useful. How many accounts do you target on a given day? Any idea how many are in each rep’s territory?

We're a niche product in a rapidly growing industry, leadership is going through a TAM exercise currently.

In my revenue band we're given 100 named accounts and drop / pick up as needed.

I soft sequence about 40-60, and rotate those fits, we use an internal A, B, C ranking system, those tend to be C accounts.

My A list is usually 10-15 which I manually attack daily.

We are currently switching from Salesloft to Outreach because 1. it is way more integrated with SFDC 2. it is easier for reps to use alongside SDRs 3. it has in-meeting tools, such as recording conversations, transcribing calls, prompting follow up, etc.

Have you used other systems before? Or is Groove your first? Anything you don’t like about Groove or think is cumbersome?

We are so entrenched with Salesforce it wasn’t even an option. Hubspot didn’t even get an invite to the dance.

Used Outreach and Salesloft. Both work, but I lean towards Outreach, if you put the effort into implementing it well, it's a lot better than SL.

I've used Groove and Salesloft. Groove looks slick as hell and an intuitive interface, but Salesloft is a better workhorse.

Salesloft has a learning curve though

Groove looks really slick and easy to drive rep adoption, but I worry it lacks depth and customization.
Did you run into any weird limitations with groove? Native to Salesforce screams limitations when I hear that phrase.

your worries are correct. Salesloft (and I assume Outreach) are much more customizable

I never used groove too much, but only because I was an older rep who was used to working without it

I have used SalesLoft and groove. If you have the option absolutely pick SalesLoft. Groove is a poor man’s SalesLoft. Takes 5x as many clicks, terrible for multi step days, the dialer caller id comes up as a random business that nobody will answer, it is simply terrible and provides 5x frustration as productivity. SalesLoft there is an import feature which is an extra step but is 1000% worth it because you can live in the platform. Groove is good for small teams who use salesforce currently. Never buy groove If outreach and SalesLoft are an option
