Many companies want to hire SD managers who are "builders" especially for second line leadership. I've primarily focused on my team and enablement as a first line manny..but I'm looking to expand my building skills by looking for ways to add value to the org (find gaps) and improve it. Any examples you all have done or seen that you could share here? I know it can depend on the org but would love to hear as many examples or ideas as possible. I'll do a Part 2 of this in 3 months and come back with what I've built.
