SDRs: How do you block out your day?

Assuming no disco/demo meetings and I'm in prospecting mode mine looks something like this:

8:30am-9am - email follow ups for meetings

9am-10:30am - EST/Mountain time cold calls

10:30am-11am - sales huddle

11am-12:30pm PST call block

12:30pm - 1:30pm - add prospects to sequence

1:30-2pm: lunch (varies)

2:00pm-3pm - manual emails

3pm-5pm Cold calls

Anything you would change or add? I know its call heavy but assuming I don't have any meetings its the biggest mover to get a meeting on the books.

I don't know why your question made me think of this:

I think there could be a bit more calling in the schedule

Whatever is the biggest mover to get a meeting on the books is exactly what you should be doing.
Is this intended to keep you personally on track? And does it work for that purpose? If so, carry on and adjust as necessary.

I love the amount of dedicated dialing time.
If your tools track best pickup / conversion rates I'd only suggest aligning your blocks with those.

unfortunately they do not, but @Gasty gave me a great tip that people tend to pick up at the top and bottom of the hour.

Facts, in and out of meetings early.
What tools are you using internally right now, Ops might be able to snag some insight there.

Not too familiar with hubspot personally but does it track your dials / do you call through the CRM?

I typically have always had most people answer the phone around 2-4 ET.
