I was head of sales for a tiny start-up and did sales for my own little projects; that's why I have head of sales as my title. I dont think I posted about moving from SDR to AE, only have 1 year of tech sales experience and 2-3 years of digital marketing sales experience.

ahah, I applied to loads of AE roles got rejected from almost all of them, so I decided to apply to SDR roles and have had many interviews. Non of my past AE experience is comparable to the experience that the bigger tech companies are looking for.
Is that why you're not looking at early stage startups? I'd much rather be an AE at a smaller org than an SDR at a big one.

Go to VC websites and search their portfolios. Some even have job boards with all the open roles across their entire portfolio.
LinkedIn has a feature exclusively for this. Ycombinator com is only this. Wellfound com also does this.

I usually look at the funding VCs that these startups are under. This should break out the portfolio of companies that meet your criteria without having to search one by one.
LinkedIn, if you scour long enough and Wellfound (though this is the last platform recruiters check in terms of applicant pool, and applications usually "expire" automatically after the hiring team takes too long to process them), what you can do after finding them on Wellfound is apply through LinkedIn.
https://www.workatastartup.com/ is a similar platform to Wellfound but is through YC and their catalog of backed startups. I had a Co-Founder actually reach out to me on that platform to be their founding Sales Lead, but they are still Seed stage.
