Single Threading Cold Email to Multiple Prospects

Question for y'all

Up to this point, I've been reaching out to individuals when prospecting. It dawned on me today that if I have two or three targets at the same company, I could add them all to the same email.

I have no idea if this is a good idea or not. Has anyone tried this? I'm going to give it a shot and I'll let you know if I get any more bites than usual.

Tread carefully with this approach. Multicontact emails have significantly higher odds of being picked up by a spam filter.

Didn't consider that aspect. Good call.

Can either be a hit or miss. As Rambo mentioned, it can definitely trigger spam filters more just bc itโ€™s going to more than one inbox. Said that, Iโ€™ve also found the some people feel more compelled to answer if theyโ€™re colleagues are also in the loop. Definitely proceed with caution but can be a useful tactic.

I would consider this a miss, feels like you would be coming in with little/no information about the firm and thus the prospects would not take you seriously.
Keep the contacts separate until in the funnel.

Unless youโ€™ve got a way to connect all contacts to a common problem convincingly, it feels like a fishing expedition.

Feels like a good way to get multiple people to say no.
