Hey all - Our executive leadership took our 2% kicker away from the SDA org. After addressing our concerns with them, they've opened the floor to SPIFF / commission ideas. So, I'm looking for all of yours!

How does your SDR org make extra money aside from their reg commission structure? Accelerators? Etc. TYIA :)

everyone hates it, but it usually works. Call Blitz for an hour, most connects: gift card, most meetings set: gift card, most meetings attended in next two weeks from meetings set from call blitz: half day friday.

What I have seen is something product based, for instance in the fall the manufacturer might promote a specific product that you get a kick back for each sales on, an extra little $ on top of it.

Money’s excellent, in whatever way you can get it to them. But when you can’t offer money: give them back their time.

In the office 5 days a week? Anyone who hits (surpasses?) their weekly target for meetings set gets to leave early on Friday. In some areas, that can be multiple hours of time back to kick off the weekend.
