Surreal, Out Of Body Experience

So I've done something I've never done in my career and it was a surreal, out of body experience. In a previous post titled "WTF Have I Gotten Myself Into" I talked about starting at my new co and what a compete and utter disaster everything and everyone is and knew if I was going to be successful and help this co I would have to come up with a process that I've been accustom to and need to do it quick. So when meeting with the president I put my foot down and told her to stop because what you've been doing isn't working and if you want this co to succeed and grow all you have to do is say yes when I present a strategic sales and marketing plan that I'm staking my reputation on will work. I've always sorta been the yes guy and agree with what the powers that be when they come up with processes but this time there was NOWAY I could go along with their ideas because it was simply INSANITY. The plan should be done today and presentation Monday or Tuesday, stay tuned...
