The time between "sent" and "signed"

What do you do with the time between sending a contract and the client actually signing it?

Personally I panic internally that there will be some reason they don't sign and blow out the deal.

Currently waiting on $21,000 in contracts to come back (that's a lot in my field) and just expecting the worst because I can't help myself.

Best advice I can give is: continue sending them valuable stuff with no CTA.

Panic is pretty normal. Do you use expiry dates? For example that it will expire for signatures in 48h or x time amount because this is my company requirement
