Have not heard of this at all, but - learning from others is why I come here, so I do think you’re well served learning from as broad a range of people as you can.

Both of em are really important.
However, learning by yourself comes first to me a bit as that what we kept doing all the time before the new communities were created, forums are still absolutely an important plus to learn and get the required advice when needed, so I mark it as a 60-40!

Not sure about these guys, but it takes both the communities and your own self journey figure out the right set of skills.
Have never heard of them like others.
Communities like this for sure help me because I get to hear different perspectives from each of them but course are to enlighten your knowledge in detail.
