Can't comment on the culture, but can on what it feels like to be pitched by these tactical sleaze-mongers.
SDR email: Hey, you know what we do over here, but that's not why I'm emaling. I just run into people all day long who need your solution.
My reply: Yeah, I'll talk to you, but if this is a veiled ZoomInfo pitch it'll be the last time I ever show up for another one of your meetings.
SDR: No no no... it's not a pitch. I really think we can help these people.

We’ve been pitched by zoominfo and met their AE and “solution advisor” on a demo call too. It has to be the worst demo I’ve been a part to. AE dodged my questions as did the solution advisor, no regard whatsoever.
Very true - last year we were pitched (Sales Manager was friend of the Zoominfo AE) and shown the product for the two week trial and I would say was the most unprepared Demo I've seen in years. Just jumped in didnt do any discovery, rushed, PC issues and just a flying mess. Sure we signed up for a $12 Grand license which I think was $15K too much.
I've heard it's a has been place to be. Can't say for certain though as that's just from the rumor mill.

If their customer experience is any indication of their employee experience I'd go somewhere else.
If it's your only offer than yeah take it, I have heard that ever since it went public and all it's toxic in there... won't know for sure unless you are inside.
