Time to go?

Been at a high-growth startup for 3 years. No promotion, no material raise, no equity, comm structure changed 3 times for the worse.

Then maybe start looking.
Are you making money now?
Becuase equity ain't all it's cracked up to be.

When you start asking the question you usually know the answer.

Sounds like your role is stagnant. Unless you're making a ton of easy money, then it's likely time to work your network and cast out some lines.

Have you asked for any of those things? If so, what was said? If not, why handicap yourself?

Depends. Are you not having a ton of pressure? Hitting quota? Making good money anyway? Like coworkers? If not making money I would bounce.

Is there any issue with the company that would have you concerned about long-term notions?

Leadership making questionable calls or habit of shady practices?
If its good overall but no growth opportunity, I think it only hurts you to stay.
If you keep performing and they don't have to pay more, whats the incentive to make it happen for you?

If you feel like you can find a good company to sell for that will pay you or worth or at least has the route to get there, go.

I mean, companies fire people all the time, so I am careful with the loyalty aspect of working with businesses.

Questionable, as in shady, absolutely not. Questionable in the sense that they pay everyone like shit and treat Sales as a pure cost centre - yes.

Sned the resume out see what bites you get, the best time to look for a job is while you have one and having a steady role for 3 years amidst all the turmoil makes you a strong candidate hit up agency recruiters as well
