Tips on getting recruited

Hey folks! I'm curious how you guys get recruiters to target you on a consistent basis. I used to have tons reaching out but over the past few years it has been very infrequent.

To give context, I'm a top performing AE but at a relatively small tech company (series A). I'm preferably looking to make the jump into Enterprise Sales but am open to any AE position, as long as the potential to earn a high amount ($500k+) is there.

Do you guys boast quite a bit on your LinkedIn profiles of your accomplishments from a sales perspective?

Let me know your thoughts!

Easiest way is to get recruiters to reach is go into your LinkedIn settings and put open to new opportunities. Your company can't see that your are open to new roles so you get privacy from that.

Outside of that, respond to every message from recruiters. On LinkedIn Recruiter (Recruiter version of Sales Navigator), there is a filter of likely to respond when looking at candidates, which recruiters spend lots of time on.

Other popular filters are previously applied and following your company, so follow companies you really like and make sure to apply to at least one role to get into those filters

I see. I’ve had open to new opportunities on for a while but haven’t ever applied through LinkedIn. I’ll also follow the companies I’m most interested in. Thanks for the tips!

Kosta and lines are both correct. Also fill out a profile on the jobs tab.

It seems to have slowed down a bit right now - suspect recruiting might pick up in a few months after the NY and new initiatives are put in place.

i would do some research on the roles that you would like to have. look at the job descriptions on linked in. on the right hand side there are normally key words that can pop up. you want to have as many of those in your profile as possible.
recruiters are looking for those key words.

And yes 100% put your stats on your page.
