Treating prospects during lockdown

Since we weren’t taking anyone out to lavish dinners with big steaks and expensive wines for the last year, how did you get creative to sweeten the pot and treat your prospects? Were you still allowed to expense things like this while remote selling?

Sending UberEats gift cards through Sendoso was huge for me.

Never too late to start. The $5-10 coffee gift cards are great for prospecting too.

Can you believe we have no swag? Or expense allowance for this?

We did swag boxes out to clients. And I used EatNgage for sending meals during zoom calls

We did a holiday season swag box, but not for all our customers.  I can request stuff at any time, but I wish we did a little more en masse to let them all know we're still thinking about them!

why?  I send it to my customers' homes.  If I tell them I'm sending a gift they're pretty quick to send me their address haha.

Blind swag vs intended. I must have read it wrong. But yes if sending swag with meaning and a relationship for sure. Have received plenty this year lol. I meant blind swag

It wasn't a big deal because I already accepted an offer for a different job that started months later, but it happened on the day of the company 4th of July party, and I was wearing the most ridiculous American flag T shirt that had a bald eagle tearing through the flag, that I had bought at a gas station that morning.

So, most people I know did not plan on becoming a sales person initially, it just happened. So, curious to know how my fellow warriors here ended up in sales anyway ? The more interesting stories the better..!!
