I have look for new ways too. Have gotten plenty of positive responses to voice notes and video notes in Linkedin. Just depends how you present yourself, tone, inflection, confidence, presentations
I agree cuz most people hate the sound of their own voice.
also only 1% actually do it so you super stand out when you do.

absolutely not. Seems like a weird way to avoid cold calling and just leaving voicemails.
If they accept my connect request after sometime of interacting w their posts or viewing their profile, Iโll send a voice note thanking them for accepting usually no ask. Just a way to humanize outreach.
Sadly, it doesnโt work. Iโm an enterprise SaaS AE and worked as an SDR the first year, linkedin voice memos, video messages, just didnโt work for me..
If you ask the Marketing team, they will swear that video are the new way to prospect. But, I have not seen the ROI. tried it, didn't work. Voice notes, they are a new version of the classic voicemail. It all comes down to the 30-second commercial/messaging.
