My VP is constantly "delegating" projects to us that he says are for our experience. For example he is supposed to present on a webinar next week and he asked me to put the deck together. I'm not marketing, and I don't have time to put together slides on a
topic that we literally have an expert for, but, when I push back, he gets mad. How would you push back or decline? I'm about to go to his boss about it because it's getting out of control.
