Well it's been a weird year... But I'm coming out stronger and better

I started a new position at a company I was unsure about, in an industry I was new to, with a product I knew next to nothing about, and a team of young and inexperienced grunts and leaders. I entered the worst possible situation in some people's minds, but I am ending Q4 as the top salesman in my firm, and I am happy to see my growth, progression, and income have soared rather than declined. It was a weird and wild year, but I'm heading out the other side better than I started. What about you? Ending the year better than you started? Any changes you plan to make?
