It sounds like youโ€™re doing well in your role, itโ€™s just not what many would call sales. What youโ€™ve described sounds more like a broker. Sales is reaching out to end user prospects (SDR/inbound or not), talking with them about challenges they have, proposing solutions, handling objections/concerns, negotiating pricing & terms, etc. Doesnโ€™t sound the same.

@chadilacย  I'm given zero leads and expected to generate business on my own accord. Inside and outside sales. I have to sell referral partners and i have to sell to the client. Then i have to find the best rate, qualify the borrower, analyze financials, and then essentially sell the investor on the prospective borrower. I am sales and fulfillment, I have to know products inside and out. Tech reps get inbounds and SDRs, that's insulting.
