Day 1? Lots of things I'd tell myself to get myself to calm down:

Being away from the phone? A thing called voicemail is coming. Swear! People will be able to record messages for you. You can listen to them when you get back! Better yet, you'll be able to leave them for prospects too. Every single lead will willingly hear your pitch!

Missing calls while in the field? Get this... a thing called a pager is gonna happen. It'll beep. You pull over and return the call. You'll only need dimes for the pay phone!

Actually traveling to your appointments? Nope, you won't need to do that either. You'll just talk to them through a screen on your desk. No more hotels. No more traffic tickets in oddball cities! I know... wild, huh.

But here's the wildest shit. People will start dodging your cold phone calls. Yeah, really! So, then, there will be this thing where you can write them a message and send it directly to them. It'll show up right on a screen in front of their face. Cool, right? Once again, another way to get every prospect to hear your pitch! But then, it gets weirder. There will be so many people sending those messages, that prospects will start to ignore them. So... get this... the answer to this problem is: machines that send more of them! But the best part? You can write the messages ahead of time and send them to 1000s of prospects. Then, guess what? You got it, there will be all kinds of machines that block or label those messages so the prospect doesn't actually see them. So...

Yeah, you're back to traveling and missing inbound calls again. You should have been an anesthesiologist, asshole.

To find opportunities, there is a direct approach via Bravado Jobs. Update your profile, put "Actively Looking" and post your wins, and wait for a match. Most will be for Flex, partime 1099, but there are some FTE roles


Indirect way, utilize this space for feedback on your search and interview process. Utiliza the academy and SalesGPT, if you don't see what you are looking for post your question WITH CONTEXT
