I had this and on the surface it seemed great but the insurance was shit and I had no way of upgrading. Ended up paying exorbitant copays and OOP expensesโฆ burned me on it.

Company carโฆ my company gave me a brand-spanking-new SUV when I started and (the cherry on top) I donโt have to drug test to drive it so itโs for sure my favorite perk!

I get unlimited PTO. But my wife gets 4 day work weeks which is pretty sweet
I would trade a lot for a legit 4 day work week. Itโs so clearly the future
4 day work week would be amazing. I've seen more companies switch to "no meeting friday" so hopefully 4 day work week is next.
The ability to be in our Diamond Club which takes super luxurious and cool trips each year.

Paid Paternity leave at my current job. I didn't have that with the last two kids and it really hurt us financially when I had to take time off to help my wife.
