What manual tasks you would automate?

Hey savages,

I'm curious, what are some manual tasks you do on a daily basis that make you waste the most time?

if you could only automate one, which one would it be?

EDIT: Sorry, I was in a rush and missed out key aspects. 

I'm referring to an activity relating to your sales job that would likely improve your efficiency. For instance, importing contacts from "A" to "B", as someone mentioned: Follow up emails, etc.

How could you automate this faster than just typing it yourself?

Yes you could rely on gong or another tool to transcribe and find what it thinks, but you'll still need to review.

I don't believe it will ever be possible. I have a very basic template for the intro and ending, but you need personalization in the core parts of the email.

Gotta keep plugging away.

I think follow up emails post-demo could be interesting, but could also lead to a lack of quality depending on how it is automated

Make a template for the follow up framework you use then fill it in. Been doing this with a majority of my emails for the past year.

Y'all don't need AI. You just need to learn to better use the tools at your disposal.
