Niche (200 person or less) conferences are the best platform. Meet people among their peers. High quality conversations without the rabble-rousers who are their to grab free shit/swag. Make it easy to bond as people over food/drinks.
Not sure, but Zoominfo has been good to me
Do like most sales orgs and just start buying tools. The rest will work itself out. (obvious sarcasm)
