Not sure if anyone on this forum is willing to out themselves as working there.
Take a look at Glassdoor reviews for culture, Repvue for Quota attainment. It's not perfect but during interviews it can give you a bullshit gauge.
My favourite move is to DM reps currently in the role I am applying for, and ask them for a few minutes of their time.

Thanks. I've been doing that and they don't seem to want to offer much info. Is it appropriate to ask "how to I ace the interview?"

most likely not gonna get a good answer here, glassdoor and repvue are the way to go
Believe that GD/Repvue would be your best resources in that regard!
