I use a physical journal and write everyday, currently using the high performance planner by brendon burchard, but it's pretty hefty. I reccomend the panda planner for easier use, and an a4 sheet todo list if starting out

Honestly optimize your apps on your phone. I deleted all social off my phone so I need to go on my laptop to use em. It’s been a nice experience overall tbh.
