Autistic perseverance. Only reason I’ve using this term is because I’ve been told that to my face a few times. When I get into something, I never stop until I get good/excel at that thing. That being said - the converse is that if I don’t like to do something, very hard for me to start or keep doing it.

You get good at sifting through the bullshit people say. I think cutting through the fluff of marketing, flowery language in business settings and being able to say:
"This is the issue, this is a possible solution based on 'x' and 'y', what are your thoughts"

you need to think about what you have done as a BDR &/or AE. What did you do on a daily basis? What was valued in your organization(s)?

there are handful that goes hand in hand - time management, communication - what and when to speak, persistence
What is not a skill is transferring your W2 to another state to save on taxes.
You'll hear sone of these types of things: "Grit", "competitiveness", "i got that dog in me"
