Medical is a tough one. Defence or government sales are too since most don't buy or want to talk to salespeople outside of funded RFPs.

You asked for not reachable, everyone has an email so I assumed you meant those who are not receptive to cold emails.

I don't want to talk to admin, I want to talk to buyers. I'll only talk to admin if they get me the buyer's info or can influence the decision. Most won't talk to a salesperson anyway.

I've only ever gotten anywhere in medical sales by cold/warm calling.

LOL some of my best clients WAY back in my car sales days were the amish. It always cracked me up, selling them 5 top of the line superduty trucks, but special ordering ones without the radio/NAV because they don't believe in technology.

The fact that literally everything was computer controlled in those things didn't seem to bother them much.

Unless they are a caveperson, they have an email. I would get that government would be the toughest to get a response from.

if you are selling to Dr.'s who actually see patients this can be SUPER hard.

but EVERYONE with an email address is reachable.

you also need to make sure your org isnt screwing something up and getting your emails blacklisted haha

Publishers. Anyone selling media or tech into publishers needs to know cold emails will never work for any publisher you'd actually want to work with.
