Iโd suggest, be shameless, ask for referrals anywhere you can get from. Ping recruiters, write a layoff post, get viral on LinkedIn and ask for help.
The market is tough, having a different to get a job will definitely increase your chances.
Itโs like an outbound approach now: be everywhere!
Somewhere youโll be at the right place at the right time, itโs only a matter of time.
