Where Can I Find Case Studies of AI being deployed across multiple platforms (I.E Salesforce / ZoomInfo / Highspot)

Someone has to have figured out how to lay generative AI over the top of their CRM AND their other selling tech to optimize GTM motions right?!
I've been searching high and low for this middle of the road use cases, but I can really only find use cases that are either on the complex end of the spectrum (I.E. Gen AI used to allow dogs to speak) or the dumb end of the spectrum (I.E. How I Leveraged Gen AI to buy and sell storage unit insurance policies in Odessa - Click Here to Buy My ebook).
I'm just imaging that if I could train a model to take info from ZoomInfo (NAICS code, job title, etc.), then search my enablement database in Highspot for relevant messaging, and pair it with information from my CRM (i.e. current products being used), I'd be able to hella streamline some workflows.

to be honest with the amount of time and money it would take to have ai integrated with multiple different databases on top of it parsing the info youd be better off just hiring a virtual assistant at that point

I'm inclined to agree. That's SO many layers of complexity.

Okay, but who / where can I find resources on executing on SO many layers of complexity. There has to be a quasi expert on this somewhere right? Or do these types of people only exist in academia and the Deloittes of the world?

AI is so new you'd be on the same level as any self described experts after a few weeks of deliberate research and practice. There are companies who specialize in API integrations and could probably do 90% of the work of making the platforms speak to eachother but the AI model itself is gonna need to be tuned by you or it wont do what you want

I'm in that world.. in a niche of that world, anyway. Spent time in a pure play MLaaS org. They have no idea what you're talking about yet. Can confirm, you won't find it. Not here yet.

Providers in that space working towards that? If so specific ones? Dataiku?

To me it makes zero sense as to why all these tools are just putting ChatGPT functionality inside their tools and calling it impactful. Maybe Microsoft, Google, and SFDC would be rich enough with data where this is helpful, but I don’t need to leverage ChatGPT inside of something like ZoomInfo, but if my main Chatbot could pull data from there it would be HUGE.

I love the way you’re thinking- but it wouldn’t be a generative solution from the start. Chatbots are idiots. They just chat. It would take targeted scraping, say from ZoomInfo to grab the right ICPs. Then it would drop them in a database and run around the web looking at clickstream and DSP bitstream data. Then it could unify the findings, segment into audiences at different funnel stages, and look for more conditions that add up to the “perfect prospect.”

…just rolled down fantasy avenue

I’ve thought similar ideas through. Even pitched a small CRM org a “mini” version of this. Goal was to find market re-entry in old customer records. The $250k it would have taken just to fish in their own data tanked it.

Someone’s gonna do this.

Sorry- didn’t actually answer- nobody doing this that I’m aware of. I do know the people that can actually do it if you want to ping some real geeks. Would require bigass budget.

This is a great freaking idea. A scrape, unify, build and query kind of thing. A really complex proposition. The ProServs alone in this would make it make it very pricy. And still, it doesn't really need AI the way you've laid it out... just a shitload of logic.
The AI thing would add a layer that could predict that probability of conversion based on learned parameters. It could dictate the appropriate narrative based on behavioral parameters.
You're on to something here. But as you mentioned, people are more interested in making their voice sound like Drake.

A giant hurdle here would have to be getting access to intelligence platform data right? Just knowing how LinkedIn Sales Nav and ZoomInfo gate keep their data, I’d see this making it pretty difficult right?

Are you looking for a solution for yourself or the entire team? I’m aware of 1 that can do much of this, but the cost is over $50k a year.

Have you looked at make.com? They empower users to do some pretty cool stuff. Since this is still new , there’s a lot of opportunity to do anything really. Have you messed with SF new AI offering? That’s platform specific so maybe it doesn’t help…

To clarify, yes you could do this using APIs but you need the right people to implement. Id be happy to look into it but I am not an engineer though I have experience with ML

@BillyHoyle I don’t know how close this comes to what you’re thinking, but check out https://www.collectivei.com/ I think they’re sort of touching the edges anyway.

I work for a data company that was just acquired by one of the big CRM's and this is 100% something being developed, and I bet we are not the only ones.

I know AI has been overhyped but I think a lot of the top of funnel prospecting stuff (finding companies, contacts, using intent for timing, messaging relevant to them, tying in product usage, etc..) is going to be automated, in an actual scalable way, in the next 12-18 months
