Where can I get jobs that provides sponsorships?

It's so hard for me to get a decent job that sponsors visa and other things outside of the Philippines. I work in sales and it seems impossible to get a chance with the companies I apply for. Any tips?

It’s difficult unless your existing company has a division in your dream country where you plan to move. You might want to immigrate.

Existing company should be able to do that. Once you create that credibility in one company, it gets easier to get the sponsored visa in place.

It's a massively uphill battle, especially in today's hiring market.

You need to be with a company which already has operations in your target country. Unfortunately, sales people are a dime-a-dozen and its nearly impossible to get sponsorship bases on skill set.

Be an industry leader. Join a company with offices in the country you are targeting and get a transfer. Sponsoring an employee is nearly impossible. In USA H1B is a lottery... Chances will not be in your favor
