Gotta become friends with them. The urgency comes because they like you and trust you and know you have a target to hit. It’s also helpful if they know you can deliver - so when you press them for a faster close they know you’ll not only get whatever is needed done, but also they can rely on you to get shit done for them when they need a little push.
