2024 Motivation

Over the years, different things have served as motivational fodder to make "one more call." Early on, I had a manager who encouraged getting into debt. "Buy a boat!!" Later, it was status. Then it became stability. The most recent motivator is less about me than it is my kid. To be able to light him up on Christmas is a totally different kind of gratification. So, whatever drives you, use it. if you need a personal motivator, find one and lean on it. This is mine.
