Yeah, I can't overdo and schedule my every minute either
Same here Chep. My day changes many times, but if I have an appointment those are top priority, second are tiny breaks so I don't lose my cool ๐
Personally, blocking my calendar with tasks doesn't help me as I get random client calls that I've to attend to. I know some people for whom Agile has done wonders though

I meant the JD one. But now that you think of it, I'm intrigued on how Agile software methodology will work here lol
