Best Post Demo Follow Up Cadence?

I have found that a good "Mutual Action Plan" or Recap email is a good place to start but I am curious how other Rep maximize engagement through their Demo follow up?

This is an area I need to improve overall.

I would love your feedback

Book follow up meetings while on the call.Β

Set specific agenda for the follow up call while on the previous call.Β

Send over the agenda immediately after the call.

Check in before the next call reminding them of their next steps β€” a good way to do this is by giving them an update of how you’re doing on your part of the next steps.Β

This is exactly what I was going to say. Spot on advice.Β

I would advise against running a cadence post-demo and consider @salesnerdΒ approach. There really is no better time to book your follow-up step.

This is something I kept having to remind my boss on leads he sourced and is the biggest reason why I had zero faith on the opps that he brought in. My boss would never push to get a next meeting booked on the call when he was driving the opp and it always went no where as a result.

This is gold.Β

"Hey CUSTOMER, thought of you today as I was going through my prep for our call. I've got XYZ ready for you. Is there anything I am forgetting?"
