Best time of year for selling/closing?

This will be different depending on what/where you sell, but pretty sure Christmas time is the worst no matter what. What do you think?

I agree Q2 sucks, and I would rank Q4 over Q2. I've had more success with closing deals between Thanksgiving and Christmas than I have in Q2. We are really aggressive with pricing / concessions in Q4.ย ย

Everyone in my industry has always said December is the absolute worst, but weโ€™ve done record monthly production year after year in December. Also hear a lot โ€œyour โ€˜Jโ€™ months make your year.โ€
