Big Step and Big Decisions

SO Sales Savages!

I know I posted a while back that I was thinking of switching jobs or really just figuring out what the hell to do.

I had a job opening recommended to me by a close friend and mentor and decided to test the waters on it. It is a Saas based business and I had/have no experience with it whatsoever, but was like "what the heck, why not"

They weren't excited about me to begin with due to my lack of experience in a closing role, but gave me a shot to continue the interviews. I looked back on some of the prep and questions ya'll posted on here a while back and absofuckinglutely nailed the interviews with them. I was offered about a $30k increase from what I am doing now and I took the position and start in two weeks.

It was tough giving my two weeks here at my current company as they really taught me everything I know about sales to this day and I created some great friendships with my leadership along the way. The past 3.5 years have prepped me to go out and crush it somewhere else and provide better for my family.
