It's intimidating, I know. I am not someone who sells via calls either. But if it's a step to clear to get into the company I want, I would do it. Here's how:
- Understand what Databricks does - Go through case studies and figure out what problems they are trying to solve - Reverse engineer from these problems, what are the questions you'd ask to uncover the problems?- Write down all the questions one might ask - Structure your opening and closing, and let everything flow in the middle - Remember, in interviews, the interviewer will play a hard prospect. You shouldn't get off-guard so prepare that way - Listen to a few calls in your current company, how folks usually do it. Then add your own flavour to it.
