Do sales tools really work?

So I currently use seamless AI, and it told me that, on average, 40-60% of the calls would be the correct number. idk if that's the same on Zoominfo, but my main goal is just to prospect, and I don't want to give my reps wrong numbers. Is there any way I can make it higher, or am I just screwed? ANY tips to prospecting would defiantly help too specifically just finding them. I currently have seen more of LinkedIn sales nav and seamless than I have grass.

Zoominfo is a terrible company to work with. Not saying their product is bad but dealing with them is painful.

I’ve used both, I let my reps choose which they liked best and they picked Seamless. Neither will be 100% accurate.

No, their product is bad. It used to be awesome, but they've been neutered over the past few years.

Do you mean 40-60% of the calls your team is taking will eventually close!
If that's the case which AI tool you were using to see how efficient that tool is, and what were the inputs you entered that let you receive that figure!!

I think he means the right phone number? For me, by far the best tool is to use Lusha/Spydialer. Zoominfo is a nice backup as well.

See how it says 60% total AI that means it’s 60 percent sure that this is the prospects number. Etc

You can double check via spydialer. It takes some time but it should give you the name of the person that the phone is associated with.

Defiance does not lend well to a proper sales prospecting motion. I’d check that first.

You could try auto dialers like Orum. It’s a low conversion game either way.

SEAMLESS IS THE WORST PIECE OF SOFTWARE THAT EXISTS IN THIS SPACE!!! I HOPE THEY CRASH BURN AND FAIL IT IS GARBAGE. Check out Lusha it's pretty solid as a Linkedin plugin.

They are tools... use the ones that help you and discard the rest.
