Whatโs the purpose of the post? To snuff out those you think are only here for commission? Thatโs the nature of sales peopleโthe reward for the work is the commission.
The real question is, what does each member bring to the table that adds value to threads so that posters get quality answers to their questions?
Example: Iโve built multiple sales an ops teams. Iโve worked for large global enterprises and Iโve been the 5th employee. Iโve gone through three acquisitions. I have sold in all segments from SMB to ENT with sales cycles between 5 days and 10 months. My largest deal I was involved in was $1.8M and Iโve sold transactional $500/mo software.
When I participate I am bring context and applicable advisement based on my career. Iโm often not guessing and I am always trying to be helpful, even if Iโm a bit cheeky.
If every member strive to bring contextual help based on their real world sales, management, or founding experience, then the value will cease to diminish.

I understand how much you appreciate posts with valuable content which if you're following my posts you would be able to find too many of em.
Many other respectful colleagues (even old members) just like you are frequently posting Fun Posts just like the ones I'm doing but I can't see you calling em out as much as you're doing with mine.And I'm not asking you to do that with em as you're doing with me.
But please consider the reason why we're here in the WR in the first place which I would say We're here to "Learn, Earn and Enjoy the moment".
