Does calendly suck?

It's convenient for the seller, but in my experience it's been a mixed bag for prospects.

Especially if a person is older, I find it's easier to just list 3 available time slots in bullet points and ask if they want one.

I've thought about adding it but I'm a boomer so I do what you do. Offer 3 times and keep it manual.

No marketing, mayo isn't an MQL
Marketing team uses it in their spam, I prefer doing it the old fashioned way.

Some use it in my sales org but I don't. When I have tried to schedule a meeting via calendly it was confusing.

I only use it in marketing generated emails and templates, when content is going out to the masses. Otherwise, I suggest 3 times like @GrizzleMcThornBody

Idk, it's kinda like google calendar, don't see too much of the difference as a user if I'm completely honest.

I use G calendar, find it easy and had been using since ages so quite comfy.

G calendar is smooth and absolutely the best I have tried. Just my opinion ☺️

I actually really like calendly. Even if I don't send the client my calendly link, I still go through calendly to set up the meeting time & zoom link, but just set it up as them

It's in my signature block, and I've had exactly one person use it in 10 months. Usually we're scheduling for multiple people, though, so back and forth emails are common.

I love Calendly. I HATE OnceHub, the set-up is so unintuitive.

I have one handy in case someone is being a pain about scheduling, but from my experience, no one blindly clicks a calendly link to schedule a meeting

I just stick to sending meetings via Outlook.

They have a chrome plugin where you can pick a meeting type and days of the week and it copies a few open times you can paste in an email to send to a prospect.
Takes two seconds and saves a ton of time.
I word sending it something like this, “here are a few open times or you can use this link to find a time that works best for you”. Calendly is great if used appropriately and not just to be lazy and shift work to a prospect or client.
