Dooly, Scratchpad, or something else?

Hey fam, I'm thinking of getting Dooly or Scratchpad to help my team sync info faster to the CRM, and for me to accelerate the implementation of sales processes.

What's your feedback on Dooly or Scratchpad? Why? What do you think it's missing from these tools?

There are a couple of posts already, I like Dooly as it does more than more taking for me e.g. schedule my day, manager opp etc. It saves me sometime (not a lot) vs doing directly in SF but I like it.

I haven't used either of these. I defer to @poweredbycaffeineon tools.

Having used both dooly and scratchpad, scratchpad is hands down a better choice. Better UI and easier to access as scratchpad opens automatically in browser tabs.

I've heard good things about both. Following because I need to get one.

I haven't heard of either of these. Are they actually easier than just entering data into Salesforce?

How much fun do you have entering data into Salesforce? Esp via mobile UI??? :)

Seriously - for me to open Chrome, sign into Okta (2 factor) then sign into Salesforce then navigate to the right opportunity, etc - that takes serious time. Multiply that by a decent territory/opp where you have several to a dozen or more to update...

What I wonder is that with Salesforce owning Slack now, how much of this will be provided by the collab tool of choice in your org - Slack, Teams, etc that will provide bi-directional support for this and doesn't take you out of the collab tool and has a great mobile experience (Slack at least I can speak to)

I have never even attempted to update SF on mobile lol I can't imagine that nightmare.

What is using one of these tools like? I've honestly never heard of them.

Is it much easier than my workflow? Open macbook, go to salesforce tab that is always open, click login and let my password software autofill, navigate to the desired page and log what I need to.

This process isn't very painful to me. Should it be?
